The OEM stamping part was made of special spring steel with PEM inserts and finish by powder coating for IT industry. The required stamping processes are blanking, piercing and forming.The excellent ability in heat treatment avoids any distortion. Any color of powder coating is available compliant customer's requirement. The standard packaging is by carton box with wooden pallet. Any OEM sheet metal stamping product is welcom.
